Coaching with me is a deeply guided, intentional process.
Whether we’re working one-on-one or within my reinvention work, our time together is not casual conversation—it’s focused, meaningful exploration.
We work at the level where real change happens:
your patterns, your beliefs, your choices, and the way you see yourself and your life.
I bring both presence and structure to our work—
drawing from a proven reinvention framework while allowing space for your own inner wisdom to lead.
My role is to listen deeply, ask the questions that matter, and help you access the clarity and direction that already exists within you—so you can move forward with confidence and self-trust.
I offer reinvention and life transition coaching via Zoom, working with clients across the country and around the world.
In our conversations we explore:
• the life transition you are navigating
• the beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back
• the deeper wisdom of your body and intuition
• what your next chapter is asking of you
Together we create clarity, courage, and a path forward.
Coaching sessions are held on Zoom and are designed to support meaningful, lasting reinvention.
My primary work is one-on-one coaching.
This is a private, focused space where we center entirely on you—your life transition, your questions, and what your next chapter is asking of you.
Our work goes beneath the surface, exploring the patterns, beliefs, and choices shaping your life, and creating space for something more aligned to emerge.
This is not surface-level conversation.
It’s deep, intentional work—guided, supportive, and tailored to you.
For those who feel called to a shared experience, I also offer small, carefully curated group circles. These bring together a select group of individuals navigating similar transitions, where insight deepens through both personal reflection and the shared wisdom of others.
Most clients begin with one-on-one coaching.
If you’re unsure where to start, we can explore what feels right for you during a complimentary discovery call.

Before I retired from a demanding career, I felt depleted—not only physically, but disconnected from the person I was becoming. From the outside, retirement looked like the natural next chapter. Internally, however, something felt unfinished. The structure that had defined my life was gone, and without it I found myself asking deeper questions.
Who am I now?
What is this next chapter inviting me to become?
What do I truly want—beyond the roles I've always played?
It wasn't a crisis. It was a quiet turning point that I could no longer ignore.
Rather than rushing to find answers, I chose to slow down and listen. Along the way, I discovered that reinvention begins within. Through lifelong learning, yoga, meditation, service, and personal reflection, I found a life rooted in greater clarity, purpose, and peace.
Today, I teach through the University of Utah's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, where I invite others to explore their own journey of reinvention. My role isn't to provide all the answers, but to create a safe, supportive space where people can reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
My journey continues to be shaped by the embodied practice of yoga at Lila Yoga Studio, my commitment to community and service through First Unitarian Church of Salt Lake City, and my ongoing studies in Davidji Meditation as I complete my meditation teacher training.
These experiences have deepened my belief that reinvention isn't about becoming someone new. It's about returning to your true self—with greater clarity, courage, compassion, and purpose. I believe reinvention after 50 isn't simply possible; for many of us, it becomes the beginning of life's most meaningful chapter.
